– 1338 homes available for sale, 36% are new construction.
– 1822 homes are under contract, 42% are new construction
– 74 homes have closed/sold, 13% are new construction
– Closed 1068 July 2023, which is down from 1324 sold July 2022.
– Higher interest rates have taken buyers out of the market. However, the #1 challenge I see in my business, is lack of inventory is preventing buyers from being able to purchase and make a move.
