If you have never bought a new construction home before, it can be daunting! It totally get it! That is what I am here for!

Whether you need to move now or want to in the next 2 years, your first step is to DM me so we can chat about your current situation and what option is best for you!

1. Buy an inventory home. These are homes that the builder has already completed and it is usually a 1 to 3 month process.
2. Buy a presale home. This means you get to pick all of your finishes and build from scratch. I am currently seeing 6-8 month build times for the pre-sale homes.
3. Buy a lot and hire a builder. This is a much more custom process and great if you are looking for a little bit more land! This can take anywhere from 8 months to 1.5 years depending on the size, level of customization, and what the lot needs to be buildable.
