Sixboro Holdings recently completed the renovation and rebranding of Duke Pointe Apartments, a two-story, garden complex building located in Durham’s sought after neighborhood Lakewood neighborhood bordering Duke University’s main campus.
Contemporary finishes throughout have helped transform the apartments, built in 1971, into a modern living experience. The project team overcame the challenges of 1) remotely managing the construction from NJ and 2) leasing vacant units during Covid-19 to deliver a fully stabilized the building at 100% occupancy.
